Acceptance of Terms

Services

We provide construction services including home elevation, new construction, and rehabilitation. Specific projects are governed by written contracts, work orders, change orders, and specifications, which control if there is any conflict with these Terms.

Communications; SMS Program

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive calls, emails, and text messages about your projects and, if you opt in, marketing.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and promptly update changes.
• Use our sites and services only for lawful purposes.
• Do not interfere with or attempt to access non-public systems.

Payments

Payments are due per executed contracts and invoices. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of services and the remedies provided by contract and law.

Warranties & Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, services are provided "as is." We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Byrdson Services, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on our websites (text, graphics, logos) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our sites or services at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue for disputes shall be in appropriate courts located in Texas, unless otherwise specified in a project contract.
